She is a counselor at our church's overcomers group. She has decided to step back from leading small groups, and participate as a person seeking help.
I think it's great she has this available and already using it.
Overcomers uses the 12 step program of AA, along with scripture and counseling to help anyone who is sincere about seeking help with anything from drug and alcohol abuse, to domestic issues, to personal wellness.
The tag line is, anyone with hurts, habits, or hangups, this group is for you.
