I got to drive today. did my bank and BJs run and next up is the grocery store. Still amazed I have no pain was able to shower today and was able to see my cut line. Removed the gauze to shower and yikes however done by a plastic surgeon and he did a great job. Not happy with the purple marker drawings all over my girl parts though. So no more bandage since in a spot that bandages don't stay.
DD has the flu. But it is mild so that is good.

Better the purple markings than the things that could accidentally happen without the purple markings!
Yep, He drew on my left hand with it and then the markings near the incision are huge arrows. Haven't had any sugery in years and never had these markings for any of those. Not complaining for sure.

Glad to hear you are doing well. I hope/expect the purple makings will wash off or eventually go away. Huge arrows? So the surgeon did not make a mistake about where and what to cut?? Remember hearing horror stories about errors in surgery and glad you got a good team.
Caitlyn still has iodine stains, marker, and tape residue from her cesarean. I guess it just has to wear off.

I don't remember any markings, but I really didn't look. I think at the time I was more amazed that I didn't have even one stretch mark. Palmer's for the win!
