So happy to make it through that brutal work week. Doing ceramics, then going to see 1917 after DD gets off work. Then, Cracker Barrel for dinner because brother gave me a gift card, yum!

Morning SB. I want to see that movie.

Off in a few to bottle wine and root beer. Need to go to Lowes for more paint and a few other items. Have to shampoo one carpet. Dog has been revenge peeing.

1917 apparently doesn't live up to the hype. You'll have to let me know what you think. I'd wanted to see it, but it didn't sound good after the review when it won the Oscar. I really want to see the one about the Boston Marathon bombing.

Bali happened. Check the scrapbook section for proof :D

Good morning! Survived grandsons night over, they were very good and we all had fun, the little one had a hard time going to sleep, not unexpected though.

I hard ever go by reviews or even if they win a award, a lot of times I find those that win extremely boring.

Afternoon.

Enjoy the movie and food, SB.

Revenge peeing?

Yay! Pictures!

We believe Miss Jewel is trying to teeth already.

The wind is beginning to pick up. It's going to be a blustery evening.

So our town has a biker group that helps the children who are living in a special home away from parents due to abuse. Today they took them to ceramics. The social workers sit with the kids while the bikers stand guard at the doors. It's just to keep them from leaving or keeping parents from starting  stuff. The parents are invited as well for visitation. Not one parent came. There must have been 20 kids. Most are teens. Heartbreaking.

How sad but fantastic for the bikers. I have a lot of respect for bikers. They saved my ass once when I was in college and being followed out to my car at night.

That is so sad for the kids, I just can’t believe how those who are supposed to care and protect them are the ones who are causing the most pain :(  what a wonderful thing for the bikers to do.

That's a great thing they do,SB.

I think the worst of the storms have passed us. As long as the wind doesn't pick up again, we should be fine.
