About to head out. I've been lazy this morning. I do have to sign into work to check if there are any urgent emails. It is my Friday off.
I need to drive to a friends house to pick up a t shirt she made for my nephew who is "graduating" HS this year. I had her buy a tshirt in his HS color and she has a vinyl cutter and so put one of those 2020 Graduate themes on the front. The "0" in 2020 are TP rolls. Thought that would be fun to send him.

I had a love/hate relationship with Costco. Even before all this mess, it was a dangerous place with all the crowds.
I'm working today but get off early. Not sure what I'll do. I made up the boys' baskets last night. They aren't expecting anything since I haven't been out to shop but I ordered a ton of chewing gum and filled the baskets with that. I'm trying to get DH to fill the plastic eggs with coins but so far haven't had any luck so I may end up having to do it myself again this year.
Was surprised to receive a HUGE,
but very light, box yesterday.
Wrapped in beautiful paper and
tied with bright pink ribbon, the
box held an extremely puffy
decorative pillow embroidered
with a sleepy bunny, complete
with a white cotton-tail.
Called the church member who
sent it, and was delighted to find
out it was several members who
collaborated to send it to us.

The pollen is crazy. Even after the rain, it's a thick paste on everything.

The plastic eggs are filled with spare change we collect over the year. So yeah, they love the egg hunts. I still like egg hunts myself. As adults, up until before I moved (I was 32), we would have egg hunts in my family. We'd make the "grown ups" hide them and we cousins would go out and search. It was fun.
I'm so glad the day is over for me. Super busy at the store. It's been flurrying all day and the wind is just absolutely horrible. It's constant howling. Definitely not a good hair day! Not sure what supper will be tonight but I'm sure not in the mood for cooking. Perhaps toasted cheese and soup.
