Yeah he is doing it but leaving it to the States to decide their re opening plan.  Curious ( or not so curious) is that NON of the MSM has any news out on it.  Stock market positioning to rise again tomorrow.

NH starts reopening Monday with barber shops, hair salons, and restaurants outdoor seating, manufacturing, golf courses, drive in theatres, retail, all parks. It's slow opening and with restrictions but at least it is happening.

The only thing we got was elective surgeries. Monday our governor will elaborate on reopening.

We have elective surgeries, a lot of retail stores and outside dining, all with restrictions. I don't think I all going to a theater any time soon. It's hard to imagine them only selling only 20% of the seats. I'm not going anywhere near a buffet. Probably ever. Only if everyone has their own serving utensils. Ick!

Reopening has been going well, for us. There were 1000 more cases in the last 24 hours, statewide.

I see articles from there, but who can believe news reports these days?

No, I on the southern boarder. MB is northern boarder. Things are slowly opening but no dine in establishments and limited people allowed in stores. I’m sure in a few weeks restrictions will start easing up.

DH said the Hallmark store was open today. It closed previously, but I suspect they have had enough. My parents came over and we had a BBQ. We didn't really social distance either.
