Had a great night's sleep! I finally put my own window unit in my room! I should have done that years ago.

It's pretty out. Hobby Lobby is open again. I want to go look around.

Yesterday was 'double payday'. Those who get paid on the first and those who get paid on Fridays. Lineups for the bank were around the block. Had some guy at the front on a stool counting people.

 Beautiful here as well.  Just took the dog for a walk.  Next up going to Lowe's to get grub killer then I will spread it.  A friend wants to go for a ride in his '57 Chevy to the beach.  Not sure I am up for a long ride.  I'd rather putter around the yard and getting it ready.

The indoor veggie plants DD and DS planted last Sunday are already sprouting.  The corn is about 1" tall and the Sunflowers are coming up.  At the rate the corn is growing they will have to be put in the ground in a couple of weeks.

We're having my parents over this afternoon and having a BBQ outside. The pool is open but still too cold for us, but the boys might jump in for a bit. The water is only 68 degrees. Brrrrrrrrrrrrr.

Just made the most mah-vel-ous
pancakes for brunch for DH and
myself. Take one pouch of Martha
White muffin mix, add one large
egg and 2/3 cup milk, mix it up,
and pour onto a hot griddle.
Makes about 7 large pancakes.

You can vary it by choosing a new
flavor every time. Today was
apple cinnamon, tomorrow will
be blueberry. Topped them off
with REAL maple syrup. Yumm.

Bought two of these for the deck,  Just need to plop them into larger, nicer containers that I have.  But no need to remove from these original containers.

Love the jug. I did a whitewash on my brick. But it was more of a brown 1980 color and I hated it.

I started out with the white wash to ease into it. I might paint it solid eventually. But I didn't want to be drastic at first because you can't go back. Well, you probably could, but it would be a PIA.
