I did see that and obviously he was either working up to a make it drama, or he was already sick from whatever drugs he was doing.

Yes, it would appear so. And he asked more than once to be put on the ground. He claimed he could not sit in the car because of claustrophobia. The officer said more than once he would roll down the window for him.
