Morning! Not much going on today. It isn’t blazing hot for a change. Only going to be in the mid 80’s.
We are having some cheese tortellini today, yummmm!
We had country style boneless pork ribs in the crockpot last week. I just threw some TJ's Island salsa on them then shredded them with the kitchenaid afterwards and used the meat for tacos one night and over rice the next.
Nice day today. DH is golfing. I'm doing chores around the house then will relax by the pool after he gets home.
Census taker ("Enumerator") came
to the house today. Couldn't find
the house that was supposed to be
behind ours. It's the one that I sold
for a loss, and that was moved off
the property April 8th.
I worked for the Census back in 2010 -
had a great time, and the pay was
really good.
