Not a great day for us, my pretties.

I dropped Huey off at the Vet at 7:30.

They are going to run another kidney function test on him. If there isn't any improvement, a fear this is the end.cry

Just doing laundry. Waiting for the phone to ring.

I'll let you know what happens.

As we feared, Huey had no kidney function left.

Mere and I just got back from the Vet.

We were petting him, when the doctor put him down.

Even the Vet was in tears. He got such a charge out of Huey.

But, he had a good life. And his suffering is over.

I have to try to be happy about that. It's not easy. Still crying my eyes out.cry

I’m so sorry fwm 🌹 even though it may have been expected and knowing that you did everything you could, I know it’s still hard, go ahead and have a good cry and take comfort that you all gave him a safe, loving home and he didn’t have to suffer

Thanks Lindley! He was such a funny cat!

He had floating kneecaps...in all four legs! And, he could get into the goofiest positions! We would just look at him and laugh! I'd say, "Someone broke the cat!"wink

It really was too funny. He sure will be missed!

If love could have saved him, he would have lived forever!

Awwww (((FWM))) I'm so sorry for your loss. I know you all will miss him terribly but you have some fond, cool memories and Huey had the BEST forever home he could've had with you and your family. He'll be watching over you all.

There are security issues with some browsers to include chrome. She needs to bypass that. Karl had similar issues.

I couldn’t get on here after I got my new phone, I now only use my IPad, hopefully she gets it all worked out.
