My pet fish died. I'll probably run to PetSmart and get a new one. DH is golfing in a tournament this weekend. I usually do something fun with the boys, but I'm not taking them into DC because of all the crap going on. There aren't any movies playing they are interested in, so we'll probably just hang around the house. They had a pretty busy school week so it will be a nice break.

So excited, got the call about my new sofa. Delivery is Thursday. The college girl that does painting for me is going to take the old sofa for her sister, old sofa is about 4 years old and in great shape. In return she is going to do more painting for me.

Been a great day. will do my walk in a bit, errands all done.

Oh, oh, meeting DS's GF tomorrow. Can't wait.

I made a jar of pickles, chopped and froze peppers, and picked a large bowl of tomatoes. I think the cucumber vines are done for the year. The tomatoes, peppers, and green beans are still going strong. And I have a ton of parsley I need to do something with. I made a pint of fresh herb salt and dried a bunch already. My chamomile is done, too.

DS put our cucumber plants in the compost pile, they were done. Have a couple for zucchinis growing so that one plant is still going. All the peppers are growing, geesh late starters for sure. I have 4 mini eggplants growing, hope they finish before we get really cold weather.

Dog is tired, we played and walked for almost 2 hours.

Well, we went house hunting. He's never seen more than my town and downtown. I took him to several of the surrounding towns. He fell in love with the town directly south of us. He also liked DD's town. He wasn't super impressed with any of the other places I showed him. But I could live in the town next to me easily. So that might work.
