Good morning Trudy, Fwm, and all the geeks. DH left on a business trip for almost two weeks today, so I will be in charge of the t.v. and won’t have to cook for a while, I already miss him though. Have a dentist appointment and may shop a little, want to go to hobby lobby and maybe Kirkland’s.

Lol Trudy, I am wearing my heaviest sweatshirt today. It is chilly. I bet next week we will be back into the 80's though.

HAHAHA! I don't know if I mentioned by my air fryer died awhile back. So I purchased a new one and it's bigger and better and I'm using it a lot more. That cookbook he sent me is coming in handy!

I didn't know air fryers had recipes. Seriously. I've used ours once. Biggest waste of money and space.

I made french fries in it last night to go with the salmon and green beans from the garden. They were really tasty and fast to make!

I bought some frozen egg rolls. The air fryer is perfect for them. I'm obsessed with them.

I've been buying frozen goodies for the boys for their lunches when they are schooling at home. The air fryer cooks them up crispy and fast.
