Yes, this is going to be very interesting. I wondered why she stayed on so long after she got ill; there should be a change in the law that would permit judges to resign (or make them) in certain circumstances.
Ginsburg should have retired years ago. She had complete control over allowing a Dem president to choose her replacement and refused. So, any "death bed" wish is ridiculous.

Somehow I doubt that it was on her mind on her deathbed, someone who is on their deathbed usually are more interested in their family then anything else in their lives, my daughter told me her dying patients never talk about their jobs or wish they spent more time getting ahead or any kind of goals, only wishing they had spent more time with their kids/ family
