No, I didn't know him. I saw him once or twice. He was very private. I know the family next door, and when I was visiting her over a glass (or two) of wine, she told me about him. I googled him back when I learned, and saw he wrote a book and I ordered it on my Kindle.
They listed the house about 4 or 5 years ago and when it was listed, I saw the pictures of the inside. It was listed as one of the 7 most expensive homes in our city. It was pretty, and valued at 1.9M but he was asking 2.1M and it never sold. They never put a for sale sign out, I just learned it was for sale by googling his address. For someone "famous", he seemed to live under the radar.
I believe he knew Robert Hanson, too, who lived nearby and was convicted of espionage against the U.S. I attended Hanson's sentencing hearing as I worked in the courthouse building at the time.
Weather is beautiful here. We have the windows open. Yeah! Everyone is tired and cranky. So ready for nap time.

Watching my grand babies, baby girl is now able to pick up food and feed herself and sitting up by herself, happy and a little sad since she is the last baby, both families feel their family is complete, youngest grandson will be one Friday, wish we could be there for his party.

I find your life suspicious.
