Good morning! Beautiful day here, my daughter and family will be here tomorrow and will be staying a month, SIL, works from home and daughter cut her hours to below part time to homeschool her childre, so they can do that here. Pretty excited. Hope you all are having a good Saturday.
I'm doing a little furniture moving and decorating. Making space for the Christmas trees which DH will put up when he gets back from golfing. I won't decorate them yet, but I want the trees and lights up. I'm also changing out blankets and throws for the cooler season. Cozying the place up a bit even thought it's supposed to reach 70 today.
My blow up new Christmas outdoor decor was delivered plus a few gifts. I only did errands and some cleaning today. Not much else.
DD worked with her Jr ROTC to clean a cemetery and place flags on the Vet graves. I then had to get her to work. She loves JR ROTC, I am so thankful that it started up again.
Hope everyone had an enjoyable day

Your coleslaw sounds yummy! Made two pans of lasagna, one regular for my 6 yr old grand daughter since it is her favorite and one mushroom lasagna. All I have to do is pop them in the oven tomorrow. Will make spaghetti noodles for the rest of the picky little eaters.
In medium saucepan, melt butter;
stir in flour. Cook, whisking, for 2
minutes. Add sugar, pepper, &
mustard. Gradually add broth.
Cook on low heat, whisking, until
mixture thickens and boils. Stir
in vinegar. Cover and refrigerate
1 hour. Add to shredded cabbage.
I used a mixture of 5 green and 1
red cabbage, 4 large carrots, finely
shredded.
