Good morning, Good Geeks!

On the cold side here. I guess we're going to have winter like weather for the next week. It was bound to happen.wink

Been staying up most of the night, watching The Tennis! I'm dragging, a bit.

Cate is coming down to play.

Not much else is going on.

I hope everyone has a good day!smile

Well it finally happened. DD has the coronavirus. She’s fine so far. Just can’t smell or taste.

So sorry, SB. Hope she has
only a mild case, and that
she doesn't pass it on to you.

This will be a good test to see if my vaccine worked. We are totally distanced. I’m staying in my room and she in hers. I can do stuff in the kitchen and leave it at the end of the hall for her.

Bummer, SB. Hopefully it's mild.

Well, we're in a snow pattren. Every other day we're getting a few inches or more all this week and through next. UGH. It may be time to move to the southwest. LOL Not much going on with me. Work's been crazy. I mean, how many dozen eggs, loaves of bread and cartons of milk can people buy just because it's going to snow a bit? Sheesh. Doesn't anyone stock their pantry or fridge any more? Two more days of full shifts then off for the whole weekend. YAY! Slowly working on the spare room again and cleaning out bedroom drawers. I haven't worn bras in more than 40 years. Why do I have them in a drawer? Out they go. lol

I believe 99% of us will be exposed to it eventually. And most will exhibit minor symptoms. Hopefully your DD will get over it soon. How old is she?

We got a little snow last night but most of it melted. We also got some icy rain, but the roads look fine.

I’m sorry SB, every single person I know that has had it, said it was like having a cold and others like a bad cold. I’m pretty sure I’ve been exposed at some point. Hope your daughter feels better soon.

Working in surgery I’m exposed daily. But it’s only for short intervals. DD is 32. So far it’s just cold like symptoms along with not being able to taste or smell. She has a small heart defect, that’s the only thing that concerns me. I’ve known many people who have had it and only one has been hospitalized, for just a few days.

I hope she has a quick recovery, SB! Prayers said!
