No I just used the website and they ask you where you want to go. I put in my zip code and the CVS right down the street gave me an appointment.
Okay, gotcha. I just pulled up random pharmacies and got DH & I in to Walgreens. Got my mother into CVS. Dad went the county route. I have an appointment Saturday through the county but can't figure out how to cancel it and was on hold forever. Oh well. I'll just be a no show. I already alerted my work that I got it since they were making arrangements for me to come in and get it there, too. They sure are pushing this thing.
I have a two year old medical report that said I had high blood pressure. I'm convinced their machine was broken, because everywhere else I tested it was normal, even low. But I printed out that report and claimed I had HBP and went with that. They did not ask for proof. DH has a diagnosis of hypertension so he used that one as well. At work, they are opening it up to everyone now so that was a good fall-back.
