Freezing here! I did it at 1 in the morning. Used CVS. Right down the street from me.

the lymphedema (swelling
of the arm, due to the
mastectomy). Insurance
only pays for so many
days. Oh well, my PT
gave me lots of home
exercises to do, so I
should be good.

My niece and her daughter have covid. My sister got her first jab last week. Hopefully she won’t get it. She’s getting tested today.
It’s chilly here. Was about 45 when I got up.
