Happy Star Wars Day! (No, I won't say it...lol!)biggrin

The appointment with the cardiologist went pretty well. He sent Wayne home with a monitor that he'll wear until Monday, and turn it back in. Stress test on June 6th. The doc didn't put him on any medication yet. I guess he wants to see the results of the monitor first. But, he told Wayne he wasn't in any danger. And that his problem could be fixed with medication. So, that is a big relief!smile

Jupie goes to the Vet at 8:30. Her poor eye just isn't right. It looks like she had a bleed into it. I'll update when we get back. (On the bright side, at least I'll be able to come in with her this time. I'm sure that will make her feel better.)

Some bad storms rolled through last night. Lucky for us, it went south of us, and once again, we were spared any damage. Thank you, Lord!

Other than that, not much else is going on here.

Sounds like good news, FWM! Yay!!!!!!!!

Every email I receive from a political appointee has a pronoun in parenthesis after their name and the names of anyone they are introducing. (she/her) Like that. WTF is that all about?

Thank you, my pretties!

Jupiter (she/her) has another eye infection. We have to put drops in 3 or 4 times a day, and take her back in a week for a recheck. If it doesn't look better, our Vet is going to refer Jupie to a doggy eye doctor. (I didn't know there was such a thing! But, there is!) Hoping this gets better, so we don't have to go that route!

Good afternoon, been busier with the littles since the baby started walking and is a fast busy little stinker. My second grandson is turning 3 this Friday, he fell running with a pencil and almost got his eye, thankfully only scratched below his eye, felt awful, put the bounce house away for the summer, bought the boys art tables, happy that they would be safer with art supplies and that happened.

Hope Wayne feels better and they will find the best treatment for him fwm... hello everyone

Another good day. Almond milk is my friend for both calcium and protein. Finally found a go to.

Did I tell you all that the furniture I ordered 9 months ago was delivered last Wednesday? Loving it. Ordered new drapes last night.

I got a quote for rebuilding my first floor stairwell. Includes redoing all the banasters and installing wrought iron spindles. Plus ripping out the carpeting and installing new oak stair treads and risers. Quote is what I thought it would be. Work to be done in August. So excited!

We had some bad storms race
through here last night. Reports
from a town 20 miles away had
hail the size of softballs! Fortunately,
that didn't come our way.

DH and son left early this morning
to go fishing. I've done two loads
of laundry, one load of dishes, and
have put up several leftover containers
for the freezer. Things like chicken &
dumplings, pot roast, soups, etc.

We'll see what mischief I can get into
tomorrow !
