Another sunny, beautiful day here. Heading for a high of 80. Yay!

I'm going to plant some flowers for my Mom.

We're going to see Wayne's sister and her family for dinner later.

Went for my regular physical
therapy (lymphedema), and
my PT had wonderful news
for me. She just got an old
machine returned to her, so
she can lend it to me for
however long I need to use
it. I don't have to buy one!
She's marvelous!

Rained cats and dogs and
alligators on the way home -
even the truckers had gone
down to 45 on the freeway.
This will be good for the
tomatoes and watermelons.

Thanks fnw, my arm and shoulder is sore, but my pharmacist told me to expect that, otherwise I’m doing good. My husband got sick with it though.

Ohhhh, my arm was terribly sore after my first shingles shot. For several weeks.
The second one only hurt a little for a few days.
