Got a little rain this morning and now it's just gloomy and spitting here and there. Waiting for my groceries to be delivered. The boys are virtual today and it's asynchronous and all their work is caught up so they are just playing video games. Ugh. #2 got his first shot yesterday and seems to be fine. He's a hypochondriac so I told him it's past the time for side effects. (My hand was purple during the shot, I'm sooooo tired 5 seconds after getting the vax, I feel like I'm going to throw up then goes and happily skips down the hall, I'm cold so I have socks on but wears shorts and a tee shirt, etc.) Every night he has some ailment.
DH picked two 5 gallon buckets of
tomatoes on Saturday, and put
them in the great room on newspaper.
Most of them are still green (think
fried green tomatoes), but several
are firm/ripe, and bright red. The
one I used for our hamburgers at
dinner tonight was over 6" wide -
it hung over the large hamburger
buns, and was sooo juicy !
