Good morning, Good Geeks!

We had a beautiful day, and did some sightseeing yesterday. We looked around the campus of UNC, and spent some time at their Botanical Garden. Drove over to Duke University, and had a look. So pretty! We drove around the downtown area of Durham. Very nice. 

It was fun!

It's supposed to get quite hot today. High of 92. And since I'll have a couple of days in the Beast, to get back home...I think we'll just play some games and relax today.

I'll be on the road early tomorrow morning. So, you probably won't hear from me until I reach my hotel. (Guess I'd better make a reservation...lol!)wink

We're all having a blast! Especially my Mom!biggrin

Do you have any fun plans for your birthday, SB? (My niece, Carolyn is 50 today!biggrin)

So, what are you up to?

Not off to a good start. Forgot to make a lunch for #1 since he's not buying. I'll make it in a bit and drop it off at school. Ugh. I hate it when that happens.

Dreary here but warm and muggy. Summer is here.

Morning everyone. DF is still here. He keeps postponing going home. I have really enjoyed him being here. Had a tough time of it awhile ago. Doc got me straightened out. Thank goodness.

 No.  He usually buys but if they are having something he doesn't like, I make him a lunch to take with him.  I made him a turkey and cheese sandwich with a ton of meat.  He loved it.
