Paul and Victor are on their way home. I can't wait to hear about their adventure at Big Bend!
Cate and I went to Home Depot. We got some herbs for my standing planters, and a couple of pretty hibiscus to replace the camellias that I lost in the big February freeze.
I had her on her harness, and the Check out clerk was giving me props for being such a smart Grandma!
Cate was very well behaved at the store. We had fun!
DH's son drove in from
Lafayette, LA (900 miles
on a motorcycle, in rain!)
to see him after his stay
in the hospital. Had a
nice visit for about three
hours, then he had to
get back on the road in
order to be at work
Sunday morning.
DH is moving slowly -
the colonoscopy was a
bit more than a regular
one - 90 minutes instead
of 30-45, and the hospital
doctor took him off one of
his blood thinners. We'll
talk with his cardiologist
on Monday to see what is
going on.
