Doing better. Sense of taste is starting to come back. Still can't smell much. Some things, but not all things. Weird. My sinuses are draining which causes coughing attacks once in awhile.
I haven’t lost any taste or smell so just the average cold for me. There’s so much stuff going around, so happy that I didn’t get the stomach flu too. My husband had both
I look at it as getting all the sickness out of the way and to get on with our lives. I’m glad I’m sick now and not on my trip in a couple of weeks. My husband and I are going to big cedar lodge close to Branson for a few days and I’m really looking forward to it.

I worked this morning, then had to snowblow. I cannot tell you how PO'd I am. Everyone else slept in, then made lunch, blah blah blah. I told them at 11 to move their cars, didn't happen. I went out a 1/2 hour ago and shoveled the street plow snow at the bottom of the driveway and scraped most of the driveway from the rest of the snow that fell. I enjoyed being able to do so after a 2 year hiatus. I did not enjoy no one helping. I am beyond pissed. They are on their own from now on. GRRRRRR

Woke up at 3:30 this morning
- no heat. The furnace was
blowing, but only cool air.
Called the ac/heating company.
They promised a service call
between 3 & 5. Tech showed up
at 2:45! Great service. Parts
and labor came to $511 - not
including the service call.
Fortunately, the tech eliminated
the service call because we did
the repair right away.
Just what we needed - another
sucker punch to the budget.
