Schools will be closed; many
businesses are closed - we'd
rather be safe than sorry.

Power grid has been reinforced,
so the only people who will be
without power are the ones
who suffer lines down because
of trees falling on them, or
other local problems.

I'll be out tomorrow. My city is a hill fest. Not fighting it.

No traversing hills in ice unless you are wearing ice shoes. My mom gave me these things you attach to your shoes which enables you to walk on it. I used to sprint across the icy parking lot which made my co-workers think it wasn't icy. ehehehehe

I remember one Christmas I received two canned jars of homemade awesome salsa a employee gave us for Christmas, it snowed and iced all day and it was dark when I got off of work, walked out with my gift bag of salsas and slipped flat on my back in the parking lot… I was more concerned about the jars of salsa and fortunately both me and the salsa was ok.
