Rough night with #2. He has taken on such a burden with his brother, trying to keep him busy, help him with his schoolwork, etc., I think he just has had enough. We all have. He's staying home from school today. His allergies are bad.
Glad the services were nice and you got to see a lot of old friends, etc. I'm also glad you're home safe.

And nothing is going right. The parent/teacher vs. 8th grade student basketball game is Friday. #1 wants to play. He's excited about it. School wants a note from psychiatrist saying it's okay. WTF? Whole family will be there and if he has an episode we're there. And he hasn't been in therapy since his release from hospital over a month ago. Therapist hasn't seen him since January and psychiatrist just does virtual and only refills prescriptions. Neurofeedback therapist has agreed to write something.
The poor kid is being rejected time and time it's no wonder he's depressed.
Yes, but they are concerned because he does get triggered by loud, boisterous events which this will be, but all games are anyway and he knows that going in and does okay. It's different for him being a player rather than just a spectator.
