Good afternoon, would love to send our rain down there for you all. Just going to say how much I hate potty training, got the peeing down, but the other sigh! Not much going on here, finally booked our trip for our fortieth anniversary, going to Monterey, California for a few days and then Lake Tahoe for a few days, can’t wait.

Don't know if any of you have
heard about the shooting in
Uvalde. 14 children, one adult
dead, plus the shooter. +/- 16
students, 2 teachers in local
hospitals, plus 1 teacher and
1 student at BAMC (huge trauma
center in San Antonio).
Our Baptist church has dispatched
several trauma buses here in
Sutherland Springs - shootings
like this bring back all sorts of
horrible memories to survivors
of the shooting in their church.
That is so horrible to hear momala, haven’t had the news on since the kids arrived. Prayers lifted up and Bless your Church for helping those left behind to grieve. This just hurts my heart

I just booked our trip to TN to visit #1. We'll spend a few days after in Chattanooga to do some fun things with #2. Flying in/out Atlanta.
Chattanooga is pretty, stopped there overnight taking my son to Florida for college and stopped again on the way home. My daughter and her family are going to stop and spend a little time on their way to Alabama this July. We are going to stay on the north shore at the Hyatt regency which I believe is in Nevada. I’ve been to the south shore a couple of times, but the hotel I liked is closed down. We also booked at the Monterey inn and spa on cannery row.
I do love the smoky mountains and I believe Chattanooga is part of the smokies.
