We got a decent amount of rain yesterday so my plants should be happy.
Today is #2's last day of school. He graduates Monday, has a party Tuesday, is going to Hershey Park with the 8th grade Wednesday, then leaves with us later in the week to visit his brother in TN. Then he has camp for two weeks at Villanova when we return and I will return to TN alone for the next family weekend because DH will be picking up #2 from camp. It will be a whirlwind of a summer.
We're still not sure if #1 will be graduating. Of course he's threatened us with suicide if he doesn't. blah blah blah. Manipulation.

Good late afternoon, Hope you get some rain fwm and glad you got rain fnw.. good to see you Trudy and hope you and GG is doing well, good luck on your surgery tomorrow njn.
So we got up at 0330 to drive to Austin. Got to the ER at six like requested. There were only two cases today so I had tons of nurses and staff waiting on me. They got me in a room and I was good to go. Surgery was supposed to be at 8 but I was in by a quarter to. Went so fast. Got out, woke up, had nausea and some minor pain. They medicated me and I felt fantastic. My BP was high so as soon at that was down I got to go home. We were out of there by 1130. Home a little before two. My face is massively swollen but surprisingly little pain. I can see great through the slit I call an eye. LOL I haven't slept. I've been up doing things all afternoon. I will sleep well tonight. So they took my eye out, cleaned everything up, took the patch out, and put it all back together. They reconstructed my lower lid. My eye fracture had healed enough that they didn't need to put another patch in. Overall, I feel great considering I am massively black and blue, swollen, bloody, and my eye ball is completely blood filled. So glad this is over!
