Good mornin! Just waiting for the kiddos to arrive. We finally had some rain last night and hopefully more to come this week, we don’t usually have a drought till August and not has bad as the one we have now, it has been so hard on my scrub, grass and trees. Hope ev is doing well
I haven't watered at all this year. It needs it, I just have been busy, and we've had rain often enough to keep things alive. But boy, it sure was dead in Utah. Everything looked so dry, and there were water restrictions. It drizzled a little while we were there, but not enough to help.
I took #2 to see Elvis over the weekend. I enjoyed it, and I think he did, too. DH golfed for the first time this year. It was good therapy for him.
I thought the actor did a great job playing Elvis, I enjoyed it as well as maverick. We had been in the hundreds too! We really need the rain and hopefully we will get more. I hope Texas will get rain soon as well as the rest of the country. Having a drought isn’t unusual, but it doesn’t seem to happen till August. I so can’t wait till fall
We took #2 to see Maverick and went again with #1 when we spent a couple days with him before being admitted. Both boys really enjoyed it. I was exhausted and took a little nap the second time. LOL

Did you sit in a theater with chairs that are more of a easy chai, those put me to sleep
Hello all. I've been so busy. We went to SD for vacation. Spent a week there. It was fabulous. I got to see so much wildlife. And buffalos! I was so excited. Before we started vacation I was getting so out of breath. I literally couldn't walk across the house without having to stop and rest. I couldn't walk to the car. It was horrible. When I got home DH persuaded me to go to the doctor. Turns out I'd had pneumonia for a month and a half. Anyway, two days after we got home from vacation DH's sister died. So we got in the car again and drove to Branson. It was a nice funeral. Very small. Anyway, we are home now and I'm so glad to be home. Hope everyone is doing well.
