Nah - it was just a stupid dispo case. But the tenant kept going behind the owner's back and paying his rent by paying the Lender's mortgage company directly. What this does, effectively, is stop the eviction b/c the Landlord receives the benefit of the rent and does not have the ability to refuse it b/c it is already cashed and credited by the bank. Tender of rent stops an eviction. This tenant has been told repeatedly to stop doing this because he is always super late. Grrrrr.

Sadly enough, a young local 27-year-old philanthropist who helped make the ice bucket challenge go viral drowned recently off Nantucket. My DH grew up with his dad.
So now everyone around here is doing the challenge, because of his death.

You post the video of yourself doing it on Facebook and then tag 3 people with the challenge.
