Off to work for me, then home to cook with my new gas stove that I love!

It sucks when you love someone so much but you know you're just not right for each other and no matter how hard you try things just aren't going to work.

 That really, really does.  I'm sorry.  But what would suck more is to prolong it and possibly miss out on something or someone who is right for you.

Let's see. I could take the easy way and cook the pot pie that's been in the freezer for the 6 months our oven has been broken. Think it's still good?

Or maybe baked ziti or a tuna casserole.

Or maybe when DH comes home we'll bail and get takeout.

We've been getting a lot more takeout since the oven's been broken, getting too habitual. (And too expensive).

But right now I am mixing up a batch of my granola to bake for breakfast tomorrow!

First day of work done! It's weird, I've filled in for the woman I'm replacing when she's been on vacation. But today, it felt different and a little overwhelming. But I'm really excited to learn all the extras and be able to find my way to do it all. AND I turned in all my paperwork today. Benefits start immediately yay!
