I love Zumba. My gym has a few instructors but I usually only go on days a certain one is there. She is such an inspiration, she had gastric bypass and has lost 145 pounds. Her classes are so much fun and full of energetic routines.

No. See? I need someone to keep me accountable too. Although I still have time tonight to get on it.

Cool, we could all be fitness buddies! Does anyone else use a fitbit?
I need to get one.
I'm thinking about buying one.

I have the flex. It's good but the one like the pedometer would have been fine too. Since I work out a lot I was thinking about changing to something that has a heart rate monitor.
I'm interested in seeing what it says about my sleep.

I'm really interested in the sleep because of my insomnia...

My doctor just added melatonin to my sleeping pill. I'm sleeping a little better.

I'm thinking about joining the Wal-Green's thing. What have you earned?

You earn points and then use your points for money off. 10,000 points is $10 off. I fill 2 prescriptions a month so right there is 1,000 points. Plus depending on what you buy plus if you use the fitness thing you earn more points.
I bought a small fan that I keep next to my bed and use it at night. I point it up because if my hair is blowing it bothers me. The sound drowns out all the little things that go bump in the night.
I don't sleep well at all. With the melatonin I'm averaging about three hours at a time.
I also don't use Wal-Greens but would probably go there if I had money off.

We have 2 Walgreens. I really like the one by my office. And they know who I am and even pronounce my name right (which is amazing if you know it). We go to the other one if we have to go when leaving the doctor b/c it's right by there and they always take forever, and last time, they shorted Baby J's antibiotic by 3 days.

I can explain it to you, but I can't understand it for you.
I go to Target. When I sprained my ankle the pharmacist ran me out a pain pill and then went in and filled my pills so I wouldn't be in pain. They know us. We give them a lot of business unfortunately. We like it there.
But I sometimes go to Wal-Green's for other stuff.

I'm hoping I can get back to the gym soon. I rejoined back in April I think, went for a few months, then my shoulders started hurting so bad I didn't think it would be a good idea. Now that I got my bed so I can sleep without pain for the most part, my shoulders are getting better.
We have two Walgreens. One is so so but the one by my house is always spotless and has great employees. The CVS is cluttered and it hurts my OCD. Plus, it's another 10 minute drive.
