 I know the decision is scary, trust me, I can relate. Think about why you want to move. Make sure you're doing it for the right reasons....for yourself.

and if you move, make sure to leave whatever you're moving away from there and firmly in your past. Allow yourself to truly start over

Well, what is there to lose? Just because you move doesn't mean Forever. If you try it, you may love it. Or, you may hate but. But, one thing for sure, if you DON'T try it, you will never know. There is no time like the present. A rolling stone gathers no moss. Um, how am I doing? lol

But seriously, jobs come and go. If you love it great, if not you can find another one. And, as for moving, it is a big PIA for a couple of months. In the scheme of your life what is a month or two of crazy to get the move done. Once you are there, you can get a place, get started and take your time unpacking.

Oh yes the heat I love, I lived in Bullhead City/Laughlin for several years and loved it.

Although I also love Washington and the green and hikes and rain.

Aagh!

But I'm ultimately not moving or staying for the scenery or else I could never decide!

There's places you can hike here. I've never been but some of my friends post pics from their hikes and the scenery is gorgeous.

If you like the heat, you should like it here :)

I have know several people who lived in Arizona at one time or another and all of them loved it. Weather is good, etc. etc. I am sure you will like it.

Honey, I promise that we will BE HERE for you, whatever you decide.

 Vette, I think that the REASON you are unending your life makes a difference in the ending.  If you are doing this for YOU - then I think it will be ok.  Have faith in yourself.

 I agree totally. If you aren't running away from anything, and can honestly say you just want a change...then go for it!

I can't wait to get out of Phoenix. We were supposed to move to Washington last year but my husband wouldn't pull the trigger.

We're moving to a different state to be with family. If we don't do well there, we won't be coming back here.

On the other hand, if you get here soon we can have lunch....
