I canned my chili tonight. Six jars! This is a skill I learned on GT. Czech helped me a lot. I'm SO proud of myself now.

Being cheap like them sure takes a lot of energy. My time is valuable. Sometimes it's better to just spend a buck.

I've been told that some of these women put in 60-80 hours a week couponing. That's a full time job. You could just get a job and pay for the stuff... Just saying.
That's Extreme Couponing. Extreme Cheapskates hasn't featured a couponer in any of the episodes I've seen. I don't even want to imagine the house of what a person who did both would look like.

One person featured on one of the episodes today reuses cooking water. The same person scrapes bits of sauces and dressings from people's plates back into the bottles to use for another meal. My stomach churned at the thought.
