This is a rogue judge trying to make new law from the bench.

It isn't the judge - it's the city's lawyers.  It hasn't reached the judge, yet.

I don't see how anyone with even a faint knowledge of political history can be anything other than outraged at this egregious breach of power.

Well, I could agree with you--but then we'd both be wrong.

No, it was appealed to one court and they upheld it.  Not sure at what level. Might not even be federal.

It was in the article I read on Yahoo News yesterday.  I don't know if I can still find it, or not.

This thread has went on for 6 pages. I'd better go back and read some of the foolishness to date.

Call it what you want, I still don't see how this isolated incident have impeded your right to practice your religion.

What a woefully ignorant statement.

ANY move by the government to restrict what a religion may preach impedes that right.

I'm not sure I want to start page 2.

It's typical liberal clap trap.  They want to restrict freedoms--unless you agree with them.  Anyone who disagrees with them needs to be silenced.

Many governments in history have operated on that principle--silence those who disagree with you.

It should be allowed if it is, in fact, true.
