I'm torn.  Happy the week is almost over, but so much to do before vacation.  And I'm having a hard time being motivated with this cold.

The good thing is that the day I return from vacation - I get a new legal secretary! She's MINE. My very own. I'm so excited! I would have liked a raise, but hiring me an assistant is much better.

Ah, thursday. it's trash day and I forgot to put the trash out last night which means will have to do so after I am dressed for work. always tough wheeling the barrel out wearing high heels.

It's a stiff day. It'll get better though.

Hope your assistant is better out of the box than mom's was. Drove mom crazy for weeks. Constant texts and calls. But she got better.

New babies are awesome.

In my previous life, I did probates in Cali, so it's no biggie to me. But this one...mama mia. Estate is being sued. Surviving member wont' dissolve LLC. SIL has her hands full I'll tell you.

Today I am attending a workshop at the downtown Indy library (which means I'll likely see some former co-workers), then drive to the next county & work until 9:00.

Im signing up for a glass blowing class. This is a big damn deal because it means I have commited to leaving my house.

And I'm mowing another neighbors lawn today. I do it when they're at work so they have no idea I'm the one. It's a neighborhood mystery and I love that no one suspects me as the mystery mower!
