Yeah, I caught that too. I wasn't going to go looking for the other two.
Getting rid of old clothes is a must, IMHO. If it is over 3 years old or has a spot, it's gone.
I can see getting rid of a grudge, but that is not a "thing", it's a feeling.

Do you see a theme?
Faith isn't something that keeps bad things from happening. Faith is what helps us get through bad things when they do happen.
If I haven't worn it, used it or thought about it in a year, it's gone.
I have a drawer that I toss things in. When it is full I go through it and get rid of anything I can not live without.
Books? I tend to hang on to those. But my kids read them too.
As for grudges, depends. I can hold onto one of those forever. But it has to be something major like infidelity. Other than that I get over it pretty quickly.

It says books you'll never read. I had some books left over from business school. those ones by some CEO supposedly imparting the secret to success and crap like that. I finally convinced myself to get rid of them this last time I moved. I didn't read them when my grade depended on it, I sure as hell wasn't going to use my precious little free time to read them now.
now, I did pack up about 10 boxes of books and have been buying more. amazon prime is my friend
Sooo what other 2 things would you toss with no regrets? Lol
All those trophies on the hall shelf. I don't need them and they just collect dust.
and another 100 pounds.

Our library has a huge book sale every year. It is at an offsite locaion due to it being so big. It usually lasts 2 or 3 days. People come in droves to get books.

I love looking for children's books that are out of print.
