I don't buy the pie pumpkins. I buy one or two big pumpkins depending on how much puree I want to make. 

I'll have to try your method sometime. I love pumpkin :D

I think some of you need a lesson in how to cook squashes. It is not that hard or time consuming to make a pumpkin puree, why are you cooling it before blending with all the other ingredients? Squashes separate from their skins while being roasted in the oven.

My dad is newly lactose intolerant. He is reading the ingredients on everything. Pringles have lactose in them. Why chips have milk in them I will never figure out.
