I like spam. That canned, rectangular meat stuff. Yes. I like it.
Come on, confess something.

Nah. You add a little milk or cream and some extra cheese and it's all good.
You can cut up some of that spam and throw it in there too.

Well. Technically if you make it at your house, it's home made.

I also like SPAM. A lot. Have been eating it for years. I even cook with it. They make it in several flavors, like teriyaki, garlic, bacon, oven roasted turkey, jalapeno, black pepper, chorizo, with cheese, hot and spicy, hickory smoke, lite, and 25% less sodium.
I have eaten it in many ways; in SPAM chowder, with mac and cheese, in sloppy joes, SPAM burgers, SPAM musubi (SPAM over formed rice and wrapped with dried nori (seaweed), SPAM katsu (SPAM coated with panko), SPAM in fried noodles and noodle soup, etc. Tons of ways to cook it. Here is a link to their website:
My mom used to fry us bologna for breakfast when we were kids. Usually with a fried egg.

My mom also used to make us eat that nasty Liverwurst. Yuck.

The Spam museum is near me. Hormel is a local company. They give a lot of money to the local school. I hear their executives' wives are a real piece of work.

But we at least know where all the ingredients of the above mentioned come from. With Spam it is quite iffy...... Hard to tell what has been thrown in there.
I think my biggest food sin is eating raw cookie dough. Yes, I know I shouldn't. I like the raw dough better than the cookies though so I eat it anyway. I also "lick" the bowl when I make brownies, cakes, etc. I rarely eat sweets so I refuse to feel too bad about all those raw eggs I've ingested over the years.

There are recipes on the site for those who like to cook with SPAM as well.
I like you.
I will fry it in a skillet and just before I take it out pour some Heinz 57 over it. Just a little. It will caramelize and is so good.

Fried to just almost burnt. Has to be crusty.
White bread
American cheese
Kraft Mayo
French's yellow mustard.
Yummmm!
Fried bologna biscuits are the bomb.
Ever make a grilled fried bologna sandwich? Warning. It is not heart healthy.

Spam is gross. DH loves it. He can have it.
Me, too. Because we're both still alive, I call it good. Just make sure the eggs are fresh and the cookie dough or batter doesn't get warm and we'll both be fine.

He's new. I need to learn more about him. I'm not even sure he likes women. It's so hard to tell sometimes. I do know his mother lives with him (he takes care of her). He just moved here from a city about 2 hours away. I am guessing his age is around mid to late 50's. He's tall and has a nice southern manly drawl. And he has big hands, lol!
I only mentioned his hands because I was pulling cases and he came to get gloves for himself and another guy and he needed 8 1/2 and the other guy needed 6 1/2 and I started laughing because I wear 6 1/2. He said in his deep voice "well I wear a 9 but there aren't any". I think he's been flirting with me too. Once again, it's hard to tell.

Oh boy, a Geeky crush and a deep voice to boot!! I know what you mean by 'hard to tell' on both counts. More details to follow as things possibly progress, we hope...
