Note the word "witnesses". And, yes if someone saw that they should have stopped it. But, grandma is still guilty of murder.

The trial is set for February, 2015. I'll be interested to see how this goes.

I don't think speculating will get us anywhere.

I, for one, am willing to wait to see what information comes out in the trial.

You are living on another planet. Try paying attention. I never called another poster a c0ckholster. To be more precise, I never called ANYONE a c0ckholster. I referred to their loud mouth that should have remained shut as a c0ckholster. Again, someone who was NOT a member of this forum, or even known to anyone on this forum.

We call those who are NOT on this board vile names all the time--including several that were used against the subject of this article. About 3 posts down on the first page is a "sick SOB" used in reference to someone. Where is your indignance about that?
