I think I'm sick. I've had a low grade cold and now my sinuses have kicked into high gear. I'll go to work today, but I'm not promising anything.

Can't. Well I can, but I don't want to use the vaca time since tomorrow I most definitely will have to because of the storm coming. I'll go in and hide in my office.

So, our parent company got hacked. SERIOUSLY hacked. So they have closed all of the other divisions all over the country. ALL OF THEM. Except mine. We are on a different network, so we are ok. But because they can't work, I have nothing to do. My work is tied directly to theirs. It's gonna be a long day....

Hello everyone. Yes, I'm still alive. Exhausted beyond belief, but alive.
My dad is failing rapidly. Between having all the grand's and running to help mom, coming back and cleaning like crazy, my body isn't sure it can function anymore. Company is coming whether I am here or not.
My youngest sister is with mom today, tomorrow and Thursday. Another sister joins mom and dad on Thursday. She will stay until Sunday. Not sure dad will last that long. There is nothing they can do for him. He says he is tired of fighting and wants to go now.
I want my house ready for when I have to been gone. Gosh, life really throws a bunch of curves at once.
If I don't make it back to the board, have a great Thanksgiving and enjoy all your blessings.
I miss you all so much!!!

We ran to Target today. I had ordered SS and his sister some Elf on the Shelf jammies but they were out of them online. We went to the store and bought them instead. The store was pretty empty.
