For the record, I made this account AFTER seeing husker's BS post, and ONLY made it to rebut his falsification of history.

I have not used it to "peek in" on anyone or the member's only area.

I expect it to be banned soon.

IF LL comes to her senses and lifts my unjusitifiable ban... I'd love to be a member, under my "regular" name. But that's for her and the other moderators to decide. Enjoy your new forum.

But here he has used a new SN to gain access to basically pick up where he left off.

I take responsibility for my posts. That comment of husker's NEEDED correcting. I wasn't going to correct it without owning up to the fact that it was me doing so.

Worthy of note, I tried signing up "for a second chance" using my "real" name (RichardInTN) when this forum opened... LL banned it immediately upon seeing it requesting approval. So, you can't say I didn't try.

Yes, I admit my intentions on THAT post was to call out huskers re-write of history. But how is that any different (generally speaking) from anyone else's rebuttals when they disagree with someone on any thread?

It wasn't to "start a fight" it was to put history back on track.

Richard is not going to be given a second chance, especially since he still thinks he did nothing wrong. He was officially warned by Fort Worth Mom and basically told her she was wrong, he didn't break any rules, so he wasn't going to listen to her. He had already had a temp ban for disrespecting moderators. So, he had a second chance, and just got worse.

His continued attitude is evidenced on this thread. He thinks the rules don't apply to him and therefore he is not welcome. Period. I will not, under any circumstances, change my mind. He has his own board - he can whine there.

I like Richard, and have no love for husker, but after I read the thread in question, it was obvious that Richard deserved his ban. That YEARS later he still can't see that is staggering .
