Okay, that was an interesting read after not being on for the weekend.

For what it's worth, just based on what I saw in this thread, I agree with Bonny22Pye. If I was in Lawyerlady's shoes, I'd do the Christian thing and give him a second chance.

But I also understand that it's Lawyerlady's board, so it's her call, not mine or anyone else's.

 I didn't realize you were Christian.  What denomination?  Having any nice Christmas pageants?  We're doing a whole musical based on "JOY" and driving the choir director crazy with the diphthongs.

 

Just don't get to use the word diphthong often enough.

Methodist was my last association with a church, but I'm not what you would call a "church goer" anymore. Now I'm more in the "I have the Bible, and what's between God and me is between God and me." denomination.

Like how the "o" and "y" glide together in toy, joy, boy.  She wants a short, crisp "JOY!", not a joooyyyyeeee.

So there I was...thinking this thread was on topic and avoiding it like the plague because I didn't want to read a bunch of trans bashing.

I should have known better. Lol

And As soon as Richard "outed himself" as ToC, why he wasn't banned on the spot. Old bans carry over to this board, so I assumed he would be gone within a few minutes.

And to his point, I don't see this as a "new" board. It's a continuation of the original GT because of circumstances beyond Mod control. So it's not new at all. IMHO.
