Did they give her any pain meds? I hope she gets better quickly.
Yes, she's on the really good stuff. And she definitely needs it. I'm alternating it with ibuprofen, so she gets something every two hours. She's still miserable today. Slight fever as well. I may call the surgeon yet today. She shouldn't be running a fever.
She is eating. That is a good sign.
Thanks for the good wishes for her, Lexxy and FWM.
What was it she had done?

It isn't terrible. If you like Dr. Pepper I am sure it would be better.

They have known each other since 8th grade. Have been going to church together and went through high school together. They have been friends for a long time and they both started noticing each other more seriously about 2 years ago.
They have been seeing each other in group dates but this is the first official real date.
If this continues, I wouldn't be surprised if they are not engaged by this time next year.
I couldn't ask for a better SIL.
If it is God's will.

I saw some really cute gnomes in a magazine and thought of VOR.

I've been cpr certified for almost 25 years straight. What is wrong with you guys?

I am no longer certified, and I don't know if I could actually do it anymore, but I became certified while in high school. I took it through the County Emergency management authority. Of course then it was called something else.
My instructor was a super hot fireman.

That's a real shame. Nothing makes learning mouth to mouth more fun than a super hot fireman.

We were ding dong ditched twice. The first time I let it go, the second time I walked over to talk to the parents (the kids sneaky skills could use some work, we watched them walk to the corner and congregate in their driveway). They said their parents weren't home, but they seemed like good kids, pretty nervous to be caught but Im still nervous we will get egged now.
Eta:better?
