This has little to nothing to do with Obama. Not sure how he even got into this conversation.

It's laughable, however, to claim that Obama has been "weak" (a position I happen to agree with)--while at the same time advocating that we cave on this issue because it MIGHT affect someone we know personally (a position that is absolute folly). NOTHING would display more weakness than that.

Uh....yeah - Obama is part of the government. Did you miss that part of school? The government is made up of 3 branches - the legislative, the judicial and the EXECUTIVE. And it is exactly because we do have freedom of speech that this mess happened. They are not being censored by OUR government - therefore it is not a freedom of speech issue.
