Lets see, we have new geek babies, new geek grandbabies, a big move. There were losses and there were laughs and there were firsts and lasts and we are looking into a new year full of unknown.

I got two velour pant suits for Christmas. So I can either take them back or just become that old woman who wears velour all the time. I think I will get me a bright and shiny metallic top to wear under it. And a fanny pack.

They really are convenient. My parents used to have us kids wear them on vacation to hold all our own stuff.
I got my first one on vacation one year. The kids were little and I was not going to carry bags all day. It held my money, ID, a couple diapers and a ziplock bag od wipes and a bottle of hand sanitizer. A few other things fit two. And I was not dragging bags around.
When we went to Disney I forgot my fanny pack at home. So I bought one there. It was perfect. Held our cards/passes, money, park map, was water proof for my phone and I could push my glasses in there on rides.
I love the things.
But I don't put them behind me. I keep them in front or to the side a bit. I only use them at amusement parks or on vacation.
