It's a very tiny and very wet snow but it is snow!
We never got to our projected high and are going down to 25 tonight. Hope this quits soon.

Guess who will be home tonight?!?!?! I'm making him strawberry shortcake. Love him so much!
I'll come see you if you make me a strawberry shortcake!
It's warmer there right?

It's 35 and sunny out here. You should see all the people in line at the car wash. Including me.
It's funny you posted this! My friend in Wisconsin just posted that she's waiting in h car wsh line along with every other car owner in Janesville. Lol.

It's ok here. Kind of chilly until about 2.
Btw, strawberries re really reasonable right now.
Kind of chilly can be very relative.
I didn't notice the strawberries at the store last time I was there. I need to get some though.

That was me yesterday. It was 40 and my poor car was so filthy.
I had a a great commute in today. Can't say as much for the people on the other highway that was at a standstill for HOURS because 29 people, not from around here, decided to protest "white supremacy" but stopping traffic in Boston at the height of rush hour. They are all azzes. They are paid protesters, not even real ones. Even some leaders of the local black community are saying the protesters don't represent them.

Grrrrr, I just noticed Baby J's immunization records have the wrong name, so I called the doctor to get it fixed, and only a NURSE can print the form, and it is a 24 hour turn around. Plus, they are going to charge me for it b/c it's not an appt. day, even though they didn't give me a new one last time she got shots. I need it tomorrow morning. This doctor's office takes FOREVER on everything, and if they piss me off today - I will probably just change doctors.
That is so annoying. It's not that hard to get a child's name correct. Can you make an appointment just to avoid the fee? Or, perhaps remind them you didn't get one as you should've so they should waive the fee?
The receptionist at DS's pediatrician was stubborn about putting DS's suffix on his records. I'm still not sure what was so difficult about putting his suffix on his records.
So I went over there and luckily, no one was there - the office was empty, no more patients. So, I had them all to myself, I gave them the new birth certificate, they made sure the records were right, told me some info that I didn't know - like that I'll have to have an actual doctor signed one (not stamped) to get her SS card changed (huh, why does SS need immunization records?) And they gave me the correct updated one no charge. I'll need to go back for the doctor signed one, though b/c they had already left for the day, which is ok, because I didn't know I needed that anyway.
So, I'm now ready to register Baby J for school tomorrow - which is the deadline for sibling preferential admittance.

The court adoption record doesn't take care of all that?
Wow!
When we adopted our youngest (she was 3 1/2 before it was finalized), the court paper was enough to get everything changed over. I didn't have a single problem.
Wow, just Wow!

I probably COULD have used the Adoption certificate, but I really didn't want that in her school records - I wanted to just use the birth certificate. And the lawyer doing it normally doesn't have to deal with adoptions for out of state children. We made this as complicated as possible - she was born in Wyoming, the adoption was occurring in Michigan, and we live in Georgia.
