No they don't. And DH wasn't cruel in the least. He just kind of gave them a little push onto the grass so they'd go pee. I can't blame them though. I don't want any part of this weather!

Okay people, pray for me. I'm going to try to make chicken fried steak for the first time in my life. DH bought some cube steaks on sale the other day. I'm going to attempt this...

Very little soup, very little cream of wheat and a few spoons of applesauce has been it since Monday.

Go ahead, I'm messing with you all. My tummy is having fits and I want to share my misery.

The no coffee part is catching up with me though. DH has been very concerned.

At least today I am awake.

Oh, and I did make jello. Gosh, something has to be good for me..

If you can tolerate it, some cola or other kind of soda with caffeine (Mountain Dew?) would give you some caffeine to battle the withdrawal - I'm not teasing you. That can cause severe headaches and make you grumpy!

It's the flu. The one the shot didn't cover. It hit our area last week and the school got hit hard on Monday. Darn kids share everything...

As long as I keep myself hydrated, I'll survive. Staying hydrated is killing my intestines...

I am better today. I don't feel like I'm going to die any minute or want to.. but it has sure knocked the stuffing out of me.

If you can tolerate it, some cola or other kind of soda with caffeine (Mountain Dew?) would give you some caffeine to battle the withdrawal - I'm not teasing you. That can cause severe headaches and make you grumpy!

I figured the headache was partly due to lack of caffeine. I tried warm coke, but it didn't stay down. Gatorade is my only friend right now.

Me too, I went from a 2 liter pepsi a day to nothing. I was sick for 3 days.

The carbon in the coke and it being warm is not good for a tummy that has been sick for this long.

Ginger ale would help.

You can also put some water in your coke. Or shake the fizz out of it.

Fizz less coke is a trick for motion sickness I learned on vacation. It works if it is cold and sipped.

I tried taking the fizz out of sprite.... it came up too.

Gatorade is the only thing staying down. And it doesn't make my tummy lurch and the back end of me explode. Well, at least for 15 minutes...

And I feel so darn bloated!!!

sounds like you need to not put anything in your stomach.

Once we throw up so much our stomachs tend to be super easy to turn. It's become almost a habit for our stomachs.

You need Zofran and Phenergan and to let your stomach rest and reset.

Have you taken anything like zantac? You need to settle those acid pumps.

If the Gatorade works, then don't push anything else.

I suggested ginger ale cause ginger is a natural cure for upset stomach.

Czech. the headache is probably because you are dehydrated. You need an IV. and I bet that would make you feel better than anything.
