LOL!!! Well that's not something you hear every day!

Was it hard? Was it fun? Is there a picture?

This isn't the exact bracelet I made, but the same weave & pattern.  This one is much better than mine though!  It's wearable though!  I did pretty good for my first try!

That sounds wonderful. I think I will do that to after kids are in bed. I need to find a good book to read first.

My favorite part of Gone Girl was the second half... when it flipped and Amy told you what was really going on. Man. That was deep.

I'm on disc 4 of 9.

I like it, but then I love YA books.

I'll watch the movie after I finish.

Did you see the movie?

That's awesome LGS!! Nice work!!

I made it to MOA and got all my errands done.

MOA can be overwhelming if you let it. But it's the closest mall to me so I had to learn it.

There are 4 floors. The first floor has most of the stores we like. The second has just a few and the third doesn't have any stores we like, but it has the food court. The 4th floor has the movie theater, mini golf, etc so no need to go up there at all.

The problem is when you go up the escalators...it's hard to tell if you want to turn left or right because it's so big. Usually I pick the wrong way and have to walk all the way around...

I just finished it the other day.  I like a book with an ending I don't expect - those are rare for me.

Gillian Flynn is a fabulous story teller.  Amazing writing.  If I could do that??? I'd be a super hero!

Another one that had a surprising ending is Serena. That is becoming a movie soon too, with Jennifer Lawrence and Bradley Cooper.

I haven't seen the movie yet. I saw that it is out of theaters so I might have to rent it soon. I liked the book, but not enough to read the rest of the series.

A friend and I went to MoA in high school and we were pretty bummed that out of all those stores there were really only a few that we liked. We had a hard time finding stuff to buy with all the money we had saved specifically for shopping there.

I was finally somewhat productive today. I put all my clean clothes away and washed a small load I had left. Then made a spinach salad with fresh mozzarella cheese (I had never had this before), mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, onion and green pepper. I'm trying to eat better to lose some more weight.

It has a lot of stores that I wouldn't go to like Maurice's, Deb, and those kind of stores. I was expecting it to be more upscale and it isn't at all. It's just got everything and the kitchen sink. There are quite a few stores there that are test stores...if they do well at MOA they expand. But a lot of junky stores too. There are at least 3 with Minnesota souvenirs.

They used to to have a lot of duplicate stores. 2 Gap's, 2 American Eagle etc. They are doing away with that and only letting stores have 1 outlet, the other must be a different concept but can still be the same parent company.

I second that.  You are an inspiration.  You keep trying and never give up.  I don't think anyone would blame you if you did and yet you keep going.  It's so admirable.

Thanks. I guess it's ingrained in me. I constantly want to do more and do better. I get a lot of satisfaction from being able to do things like walking for my health, working out, etc. I just can't be satisfied sitting around doing nothing. I can't understand people who just sit around doing nothing but feeling sorry for themselves, or think something is too hard to do. Getting out of bed for me is a 20 minute ordeal.

I really want to lose more weight right now because since my surgery, I ate a lot of crap my mom makes and frozen foods which really screwed with my stomach and I'm starting to feel fat again. I know I'm not really gaining because I keep measuring myself, but I feel fat and do have about another 30 lbs to lose.
