IKWTDS, I can't imagine how sore you are right now. I keep sending good thoughts your way.
Today is much colder. Yesterday it was in the 60's and I think we have hit our high for today already at 32 degrees. The wind roared last night. I think that is what woke me up so early. Man, it was howling.
Today is errands day. After yesterdays l o n g meetings for DD, today is annoying. Gosh, got a bunch of paper work thrown at me. So, I have to keep up on her stuff for this month on short notice. Did I tell you how much I hate working with the state?

I got a short walk in. My back is acting up a bit. I might try for another short walk later.

Hot sausage with peppers and onions for dinner tonight.

 Now that it is drying it feels disgusting.  I hate styling products & never use them.  Apparently she rubbed something in my hair that I didn't notice.  It is all stiff & sticky.  I'm going to have to wash my hair as soon as I get home.

 They aren't really consistant.  I had barely wavy hair until about ten years ago & now it is crazy curly ringlets.  Some days it looks pretty but most of the time I think it looks like a ****er spaniels ears

Um no. That doesn't sound like it sucks, that sounds awesome! Hair that air dries nice without needing to blow dry? Most women would kill for that.

 Working on it. I just had to take a quick break to cry about my frizzy air dried hair. 

I looked like a "Bobble Head", after my last hair cut.

I need to tell Edie, to thin out the bottom couple of inches.

I have enough hair, for me, and two more people.

 I wonder if this is what the flu feels like when you've had a flu shot.  Kind of headach-y, kind of sinus-pressure-y, kind of confused and a little off balance.  And an aversion to light and sound.  Blech.

My morning:

I handle the Outreach at work: I currently visit 4 preschools a month. A few weeks ago, we were contacted by a teacher at a preschool housed in one of the 4 public elementary schools in the city.

It was a little different from what I usually do: she had a group of thirty 3 & 4 years olds, some with developmental delays and wanted a 30-minute program...puppets, music, stories, maybe a craft.

Okay, I can handle that.

The first visit was at 10:00. Two of the four schools start with the letter "C," and guess who went to the wrong one? So I'm 10 minutes late for my first visit...NOT the impression I wanted to make.

I apologized to the head teacher & the program went well.

When I left, the temp had dropped at least 10 degrees & the wind was strong. I was wearing a short-sleeve dress & a light sweater. I was freezing. I could NOT find my car...

Okay, flan, calm down.

I turned to look at the school and then realized that I had walked out the wrong door (#10 instead of #1)...More walking, but I found my car!

I am in bed,sick, myself. Took a Zofran. It is beginning to help the nausea but the stomach cramps are staying put it seems. Oh well, it won't last forever.
