TOTALLY GEEKED!

Work today, work tomorrow, but it's okay.

Yesterday I splurged & bought new flannel sheets for our bed. Meijer had a bunch of sets on sale, and we only have one decent set of flannels.

Next job: start taking old sheets, etc., to Goodwill.

Not much. I may go shopping and poke around the stores. Do need to clear the snow off the driveway first, of course.

Mr.VoR gets home today! But right away, we have to go return our iphones and cancel our new contract and go back to our previous provider. Today is the last day to do that. I'm going to yoga this morning, day 2 of my 30 in 30 challenge.

We are going to the aquarium and then to Ikea.

I just did our taxes.

Glad that's done!

Serena won her 19th grand slam.

The men play tonight. It should be a good match. Novak and Andy have been playing great.

I'll be sad for whoever loses.

I spent yesterday visiting a friend. We had such a good time. I really need to be spending more time with my (IRL) friends. I miss the one on one companionship of old friendships.
We have both become such home bodies...

I'm going to spend today getting ready for the Super Bowl party here. I'm making an early meal and then a bunch of munchies. I forgot to buy potatoes, who does that?

It's suppose to snow 1 to 3 inches here today and tonight. Ugh, I hate the cold.

Hope IKWTDS is not over doing the shoveling.

Kind of want to get out and see what we can get into. But I don't know how long I will last. While I feel better, not sick, I am still getting a bit light headed and I get tired easily. I think I have an iron deficiency. So I am going to take some for a few days and see how it feels.

HM, I am with you on the Super bowl thing. I like football if I am there and I can deal with it if I have no choice. But I am not going to put myself anywhere that will have a bar and TV tomorrow.

IKWTDS, enjoy your time out doing stuff. Don't over do it with the shoveling. Spring is coming. I promise.

So let me do it this way.

I will be doing taxes for myself for the first time in a few years. Not looking forward to it. I will find someone who knows what they are doing because this disability stuff gets confusing.

I think my head is finally in the right place to lose weight. Since I've been diagnosed, I've really let myself go. This has some fairly sustainable and proven health benefits one of them being metabolic health.

I'm also investigating zumba. Mr.VoR will throw as much money as I want to at exercise classes! Lol.

Ok good news is I can't clear the driveway. Bad news is its because the wind is blowing so hard that the snow is drifting so no sense in clearing it now. It is 16 as Trudy said but much less with the windchill.

DS came up and fixed a couple of things for me. We then went shopping. Ran into some fantastic deals at Macy's. We came back to my house and did more shopping online. It is amazing how much cheaper ammo is online than in the store, even with having to pay lots of shipping. I also found a groupon deal for DS to get certified in Mass for a concealed weapons permit. 67% off.

We went out to lunch, waitress had a tongue piercing! I swear I thought about taking a video of her trying to talk and post it hear! Guess I'm a geek!
